Analyzing and Managing Risk
Submit the Analyzing
and Managing Risk assignment. In this assignment, you are required to
describe how you, as an organizational manager (or manager-to-be), analyze and
manage risk.
What factors do you consider? How
do you operationalize risk management within the direct-report chain for which
you are responsible?
Provide examples to support your
own claims of how you manage risk. In your paper, you must address both the
practice of risk management as well as the scholarly literature that informs
your practice. Finally, you must describe how you analyze risk in the context
of strategic change.
