Running head: summary for the strategic plan
ATT &T Company is a US based company that is entering the market to lead in the
advancement of independent companies and to improve educated basic leadership with specific
goals of giving better administrations to the public. The company’s strategic plan aims at getting
into the market and start a counseling and training business on leadership and administration
skills to individuals with motive and attributes of leading others.
The Gantt chart attached is very crucial in strategic plan implementation. It clearly shows
step by step all tasks to be carried out by different individuals. It also shows the time a task to be
performed has been assigned to. The duration, start and finish times are clearly indicated to
provide a framework and timeline for accomplishing the strategic plan.
Critical risk hindering achievement of our goals and objectives
The major and critical risk that may hinder achievement of our goals is perfect and
qualified staff leadership. Poor leadership staffs may collapse our whole strategic plan.
To curb the risk of poor staff leadership we must ensure we hire professional staffs who
have been well trained and attained distinctive academic excellence and has also proved to have
experience and knowledge required in different fields we may assign to them.
Hiring professional and qualified staffs will ensure we are able to work within our budget
and will ensure all resources are allocated fairly and efficiently according to our strategic plan.
The qualified staffs should possess relevant academic qualifications, should be honest and
trustworthy and also show expertise in plan management.
