   The benchmark assignment
   requires students to develop a well-organized and thought out draft on personal
   educational philosophy by outlining education’s purpose, a standards-based
   approach to differentiated learning methods, advocacy of students, schools, and
   the field of education through leadership behaviors, and professional and
   self-reflection. The assignment requires at least three scholarly
   sources, proper in-text citations, a reference page, to follow the APA format
   style, and to have a word count between 750-1000 words. As with all of
   the previous assignments, the philosophy of education draft needs to be
   submitted through Turnitin with a summary report below 20% before submitting
   for a final grade
