Description
Review each of the forms a case manager use in the Philadelphia/ Montgomery County, PA area schools (not required but useful) for each plan – IEPs, IFSPs, and 504s.
Research additional information about IEPs, IFSPs, and 504s.
In a one-page diagram, chart, or other graphic organizer show the differences and similarities in the IEPs, IFSPs, and 504s for the following:
- Requirements and processes;
- Educators’ roles and responsibilities; and
- Family’s role and responsibilities.
Use 3-5 scholarly resources.
While GCU format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented
