Understanding the Project Management Org Types
Based on the studies and your ongoing research, provide feedback on the following items:
- Can you identify the difference between an operational process versus a project in your current position?
- Does your organization have a formal project management process?
- Does your organization have a formal program management process?
- Does your organization have a formal portfolio management process?
- Does your organization support any type of project management professional organization? (For example, PMI or APQC?)
